I take primarily trileptal and trazadone to go to sleep. I wake up at 6 a.m. and sometimes take klonopin to get back to sleep. Any of you have the discipline to go to bed, like, 10 p.m? I seem to get into bed at 11:30?

Anyone take melatonin and understand what that does for them?

I'm trying to resist my denial about going to bed too late...

I have a service dog that wakes me up to take my meds at 5:30 a.m.  I'm working on training him to let me know when to go to bed, but I'm usualy pretty good about going to bed at the same time religiously.

Hi all, I am a new member, I was diagnosed with Bipolar several years ago, and it has indeed wreaked havoc in my life, I have had a few psychosis, and much depression. I am now taking seroquel, and divalproex, but sometimes I feel the urge to stop, as I do notice that I feel tired most of the time during the day. I am currently a university student, and sometimes find coping extremely lonely and difficult and was pleased to find this sight! Anyway, I try to stay optimistic, but sometimes when I read side effects, it makes me cringe and rebel.
