I'd go see a Psychiatrist and get on some meds or have your meds
changed. Hope you start feeling better soon.

Congradulations on your daughter. I had post-partum depression after
I had my children...esp with the second one. However, I didn't even know
it....I just felt life was impossible. I've been on and off meds for the last
15 years...tried many different combinations...now I'm stable but with a
weight gain of 30lbs. I've figured out that I have to accept my bipolar and
the meds so I don't get crazy. I don't always like the side effects....esp wt. gain
but at least I can function.

After my son was born were the WORST ultradian cycling.  Bad stuff that even meds couldn't control.

My advice:  Get back on meds until the post-partum hormones wear off and you are stable.  Then consider going back off meds.

I might not be able to understand fully where you are coming from but you do have my support. However it does seem like that he may be  abit overwhelmed also with the baby and you together and he is lashing out also.

Right now you just need to concentrate on being a mom and getting those feelings undercontrol. Everything else and i mean everthing else can take a back seat for now.

Hope this is some small help.
