I have been checking the chat rooms, no one is ever there. Any reason for this? Just curious?

There were biweekly bipolar chats for a while, but they were poorly attended, and so stopped. If people are interested in starting them up again, or once a month, I'm happy to schedule them. What nights work best?

Okay,

let's try tonight at 8 pm Eastern, 7 pm Central, etc... for an hour.

I know it's short notice, but it sounds like several people really wanna talk. If you can't make this one, we'll do it again soon, but let me know if Wednesday doesn't work for you.

Oh NO!  We got totally caught up with our dog, he is sick right now, but he'll be okay....And I totally was exhausted and forgot about the chat last night! I really really wanted to do that....How was the turn out?

I am more stable today.  The 24 hour crisis plan on back to back days, got me through, so I am thankful that I am still here on earth.

Hope you are all well.
