Just wanted to say hi.  I just got out of the pysch unit at the hospital today.  I was there since Wed morning.  It was frustrating because my mood shifted before I got onto the unit, so I was totally fine the whole time.  :S

That must be frustrating...kind of like every time I go to the pdoc.
I'm feelin' good but some of those days in between are...whew!
I'm glad you are home. Take extra special care of yourself...you're
worth it!

Yep, take care and give yourself time to recover. Glad you are fine now and hope it stays that way.  Keep us posted, get a good nights sleep.

I have had that happen, espeicalyy when I am manic.  Maybe the hospital still helped if they reviewed your meds or whatever.  Maybe you needed a break from life.

Yeah - they did change my med which should help.  I was on a low dose of Lamictal that wasn't helping at all!  The pdoc put me back on Abilify - which works great until the akethesia starts.  :(  But this pdoc told me there is something they can give along with Abilify to help with akethesia.

Hi tortoise,

I'm sorry you were in the hospital, ick. But I hope you're feeling better now and keep doing better.

Thank you all. :)

Today was my first day back on campus. It felt a little strange. Disconnected. I hope tomorrow goesw better.

On the bright side, I got a perfect score on my Chemistry quiz! :D
