I was taking Lexapro but thought it was making me manic. Pdoc switched me to Seroquel but that makes me too groggy. I may have to go back to the Lexapro.

I was on Lexapro for about a year, but then I became pregnant and I believe Lexapro was/is a class C medication, meaning it hadn't been proven safe to take during pregnancy. I switched to Zoloft, which has worked for many years (until recently). I do remember that the w/d from Lexapro was very difficult. I sunk into a very deep depression (but understand that I was pregnant, so that didn't help!).
