Remember that you have argued and you have been off-kilt. Maybe it's time to make some brownies and say "Hey dog guys, I'm sorry if in the past I have annoyed you, I am working very hard to stop thos things that are disruptive. I would really appreciate it if you could try to keep down the dog noises just a little."

Or something like that. Most people meet accusation with accusation and denial with denial. Try being friends!

But yes, sometimes dog people are just as oblivious to their dogs as we are to our actions.

Yeah, that is a lot of stress! Hold on and see how it plays out. I bet if the manager didn't say anything about you when you complained about the dogs, rather he aknowledged that the dogs were a problem, you are probably good to go. Well it's time for me to soak up some more sun and breath some clean air!

Hope you can do a little of the same :)
