You know some of those things are the same things i am following. Trying to eat better, taking lots of vitiams, get lots of excersise and i reduced the level of my meds. Why did i reduce my meds? Well i wanted to feel more of the good hypomainias i get, and have more interest in things in life (i was so blah on everything). Also by reducing my meds i am learning to live with this beastie with the LOWEST amount of med help as possible, That way if i develope a tolerance to the meds i can go longer on them before i have to change.

But my saving grace is my cycling. I never feel so good as i do after a long bicylce ride, it just so completely cleans out my mind of all the ''junk'' that is stored up there. LOL LOL LOL

I too am very concerned that they don't know exactly HOW these drugs work. My god would we go to a car dealership who told us the same thing before working on your car???? That was another reason i am trying as hard as i can to learn to live with this on the lowest doseage of the meds as i can.

Good post.
