Well i hope you all had a great weekend, i sure had a busy one. First i had no compulsions to steal or cheat. YYYYAAAYYY. My moods seemed very stable and good. I stayed on my half tab of respridone and that seemed more than enough to keep me level.

Friday i was really tired, just run down really. No hypomania friday, just tired. Still i worked and got stuff done, even caught two shoplifters.

Sat had lunch with the wife and then went and worked a 16 hour overnight shift at the firehouse. I am finding that when people start *****ing about stuff i tend to leave and get away from it. I don't know but i am just avoiding negativity lately, even in the news and politics that i normally enjoy. Guess i am just staying positive. Anyway a quiet night at the firehouse and got some good time reading in before turning into bed.

Sun. Got off work at 7am and came home and got a quick nap in with my wife. Then i drove 3 hours to meet my mom and have lunch, had a great time with lots of laughter and good food. Then a drive home in the rain (sucked) and now i am home relaxing and getting some chores done before another busy week.

So all in all i had a great weekend, hope you all had a good weekend also. I know there are days we all hate when the BP really acts up. This wasnt one of them so i will value it greatly.

Hope you have a great week.

A VERY Happy Bill

Hey there Bill.

I spent Saturday hurt and angry with my SO.  I've been feeling unwanted, pushed away.  Just because he is stoic and in denial about having emotion and I want more sex than he does.  I was angry enough to yell so I drove around and tried to get lost in the country.  In the evening I had to leave again and went to visit my parents an hour away.  I had to come home that night because when I packed an overnight bag, I forgot my meds.  We (I) made up - all good.

This morning I woke up bright-eyed and bushy-tailed.  :)  I went grocery shopping by myself in the morning, cooked most of the afternoon, caught an episode of "House."  Sounds ordinary, but that is the beauty of it.  An ordinary day.

Maybe I'm just cheerful because I do as little housework as possible over the weekend.  The real test is Monday morning when I have a HUGE pile of dirty dishes, a house to clean, and hot lunch to make before 12:10.  It's a challenge I love - starts off my week with a feeling of accomplishment.

Thats the way to look at it. Way to go. I'm currently watching tv, folding laundry, going to do dishes, organizing the middle bedroom (my study) and if all goes well, "quality" time with the wife tonight. All in all ill take what life gives me and be happy.

Hope you have a great week.

"I'm not working, going to school, or have children. Therefore, I really can't tell the difference between Monday from Saturday"

That put a great big smile on my face.  I'm staying at home with my son (not in school) yet and I was feeling that way.  Until I decided to not do housework over the weekend.  :)

I had a great, relaxing and stable weekend. My mood over the last two weeks has improved drastically!  Still have a few low points, but the deep 24/7 depression has lifted. This weekend, bf was away in Montreal for 4 days, so I had some time to myself. Usually that can get me down, but I had a friend over one night for dinner and then I just watched movies and did a few loads of laundry the rest of the weekend!  Bf got home yesterday safe and sound and I'm glad to have him home.  Looking forward to this being a short work week and having a 4 day weekend!!!

I feels good to write the word "stable".

Take care,

Mogs

I've been a little crazy. I guess it's mania. I've just been rearing to go the last four days. Went to a bunch of concerts and got wasted a few nights in a row. Now I'm coming down, feel pretty haggard, and ready to calm down again. I'm still pretty jittery and hyperactive tonight, but I just took some kolonopin and hope to get some good sleep.

Cheers

Well, I just made it through the weekend, sorta half functioning these last few weeks.

I don't get much done, and spend way too much time on the computer. But I do get through the basics,
hubby does whine a bit about it. But lately sleep has been escaping me, my conscience bothering me cause of stuff
i've been doin.

Weekend was ok, but hope the week will be better.

Nice to hear about everyone's weekend, boy i sure would love to use the word stable.

Take care everyone and have a great week.

Thanks Tortoise11, the internet went down for a day and a half, saved me from some trouble.

I'll let you know how Easter weekend goes. Thanks for the encouragement. Talk to y'all soon.

Spent the weekend in a vicodene daze waiting on a root canal tuesday, so it;s all a bit hazy, but I did get out some to see some friends saturday night, Left early though because the pain meds wore off and I wanted to get home before I took another round of them.

Otherwise, felt pretty good, which I should have known meant that a manic bit was coming on this week.
