Then tonight i had a urge to steal come on me hard and fast (Insert your best joke here) tongue tongue tongue I again kicked BPs BUTT all over the place.

WOOOHOOO. it feels great to have some success. This is starting out to be a great weekend.

Hi Bill,

I must say that I am very proud of you. It is hard to resist these urges that you get. Kudos to you!!!

And remember practice makes perfect. You are doing good. Give yourself a well deserved pat on the back.

Good going!! Your posts are an inspiration to me. They make me want to fight rather than BP run me into the ground.  Thanks

I fight the fight and have good days and bad. Mostly i am hapy when it is a draw. Still i was happy to resist the bad urges and wanted to share my good news with you all. I've been riding again and have had no sexual urges at all, unless you count wanting my wife LOL LOL LOL
tongue tongue tongue

Besides i feel that positive reinforcemnet has a place in BP treatment. THat creating a cycle of good outcomes can give us power over the urgers when they attack.

Well back to this beautiful day. YAY YAY YAY
