Hey everyone, well i had a brutal week on the pocket book. My car needed a new clutch and that ran 1600.00 which was very stressful for a day and a half till i accepted it and moved on. Thankfully i had friends who lent me a car to use so i could get around till i got my car back. So i rode my bike alot, got a couple of shoplifters, and got my car fixed. SO i am planning on a nice weekend indoors since its going to rain this weekend. So here is some fun pictures to make you laugh.

Look forward to hearing how your week went.

I am freaking out today. Family gatherings are triggering for me. Always have been. Plus the stress of trying to get things ready. :( I can't wait until it is over. :(

Hey guys, sorry I can't upload any pics ... our home computer has been broken for ages now and I'm using my bf's work laptop... My weekend was ok, until today. Yesterday I went to my sister's place to celebrate my neice's 1st birthday. It was fun and I looked good and felt good. Friday was awesome (after work b/c work dragged on and on and on) My bf bought me a mountain bike so now I can exercise with that and he and I can go on rides together!  I'll take pics once we get a new computer. The weather here has been so cold and wet this weekend so I haven't even had a chance to ride it yet! So I can' t wait for that!

Anyway, just really depressed today...but I've posted that separately!  Hope you all had a great weekend, and turtoise, hope your BBQ went well! Bill the pics were great!

It ended up being really good!  DS had an awesome time.  His "cousins" had fun playing with my rabbits and our dogs.

My future-MIL and future-FIL both commented a couple of times that the house now has "a woman's touch."  I decorated the bedrooms since the last time they visited before I moved here.  (I have to say those rooms look really nice!)  My future-MIL also thought the living room carpet was new because I had gotten almost all of the stains out!  She complimented my potato salad too.   That was the thing I was freaking out about most.  whew!

My future-MIL comments that she's always "surprised" by me - as in everytime she sees me, she learns something new and interesting.  This time she learned that I can cook, I can decorate cakes, I can paint (good!) portraits, I do fiber arts, and I have a knack for decorating.

I'm worried that she'll start to wonder whyI'm uncannily good at so many things (in a shallow sort of way).  It is because I'm BP.  Every hypomania/mania I've started a new hobby or interest.  And because I'm manic, I'm good at it (until I'm not manic anymore.  lolol)

Hey everyone, just relaxing and doing some surfing and i wanted to say hi and post some pictures for you all to look at. I had a very busy week but a good one. I am trying a new idea for my modelrailroad. Its called the 2 hours rule. Try to get two hours a week in on your layout, and at the end of the year it will total out to 104 hours a year. Thats like taking 2 1/2 weeks off from my regular job and just work on my layout. Worth a try since not doing nothing has been a sore spot for me.

Now for happy pictures. My wife and i took the puppy for a walk by the creek. He has never seen water like this before and we were wondering how he would take to it. He loved it, I couldnt say no so shoes and jeans got soaked in cold water but i was spending time with my buddy and having a great time. My wife got the pictures and i could tell people thought i was crazy wading out into the water like that, well who cares, i'm crazy right. wink wink wink wink wink wink

Enjoy and i hope you all are having a great weekend.

Bill

I spent the week driving from Seattle to Orange County CA. ..
Had an intense three hour span on the 299 from Arcata to Redding in NorCal..
and am now adjusting to living with my parents! Feeling a little numb on my latest med adjustment (up).
And ALL UNPACKED that is such a relief!!

I loved all your pictures and tortoise11 congrats on the family stuff going well. :)

Hey guys,

I am still up and down, but Saturday I didn't get too overwhelmed with the housework (it ALL needed done) and I got it all done, except for our office. But it felt great to get the house clean and laundry done. I took a nap yesterday. It was another rainy weekend, so I didn't get outside, which is part of why I felt down a lot.

Anyway, I'll keep posting...hope you are all well on this Monday, sigh.

Sigh.  Thanks to you guys for being around.  I think my baby bunnies were just about the only thing holding me together over the weekend.

I was getting really stressed out over the last 2 weeks and eventually started sleeping on the couch.  That screws up the dog and he didn't do his job to nake me take my meds.  I missed them 3 days in a row which threw me into a depression.  Day 1: feeling blah.  Day 2: sitting on the couch all day.  Day 3: in bed, irritable and trying not to take it out on DS.  My SO finally was like "what is wrong with you?!" and I told him that I forgot my meds, but had started them again and would be fine soon.

Today I am mostly ok.  95%.  And totally overwhelmed by 5 days of dirty dishes!

I did get a lot done when I was sitting on the couch all day.  I updated my website so it looks nice now and worked on listings for my angora fiber CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) shares.  Those bunnies are French Angoras.  I sell them for show rabbits and I harvest and sell wool too.  Trying to use the CSA model now!

The babies were from 2 separate litters.  One of the does is a really bad mom, so getting her to nurse is a big deal.  I haven't had to bottle-feed yet, but I'm ready for it.

And... I think one of the babies is a valuable color for showing.  I won't know for sure until the fur comes in.  But here's to hoping.  I'd be thrilled if I could sell one of these for $120 - $200!

Doing OK...busy week at work...doing lots of marriage counseling and anger management ( not my anger...clients with anger issues) Plan to ride my horse today....suppose to be 80 degrees. Rain on the weekend so will get caught up on indoor stuff.
Bill...I look forward to your posts. Make me realize that I usually need an attitude adjustment!!!

The two things that make me happy and mean soooooo much to be are my rescued Greyhound Andy and Beagle Molly.  They are my joy, they love me no matter what and I can hug, hug, hug.   I can't have children so they are my babies.

The weekend was hectic yet relaxing. Got some housework done, bonded with the new roomie some. Played video games, (I'm a rockband addict and getting really good on drums). Grocery shopping and visited some friends. Missed out on a live action role playing game I play saturday nights, just wasn;t feeling up tp driving half an hour into the city to the new game site despite it sometimes being the only night out of the house I get some weeks.

All in all, was a pretty decent weekend.
