Abilify question...

My doctor changed my dosage to 4 mg of Abilify this week and I was taking two pills at once.  Does anyone know if I can take the two pills at different times of the day? I feel too anxious when taking them both at the same time.  I thought if I split them up for the day it would calm the side effect...   any input would be helpful, thank you!

I take abilify, 10 mg each day. I take it all at once, and that really isn't a high dose, my sister was on 20 mg. It is best to take your meds the same time each day. I don't know if splitting them up would make a difference or not. I think you should ask your doc about that. But once it gets in your system, it probably doesn't matter. JMHO. Please contact a doc or pharmacist with this question for better answer.
