I'm at my mom's right now and every time she comes in my room to say something I end up shouting at her. she's driving me crazy.
i'm about to leave to drive 400 miles north and i'm going to be in the backseat with a large smelly dog and another passenger who doesn't speak english (he speaks spanish, i speak french, it doesnt work)
This is going to be an awful car ride. I'm just going to take my seroquel and a benadryl and hope i can sleep in what little space i have because this is going to suck. i'm really stressed out just anticipating this car ride and i can't calm down at all. this sucks. confused

Take the seroquel and hopefully you can zone out part of the trip. Keep reminding yourself that nobodyhas died from a 400 mile trip in a car (unless there is an accident. Your other occupants don't sound like much fun, but hopefully your destination is better...if so focus on that

You may actually find the dog to be the best company you've had in long time. And it may just be a gift that the other person doesn't speak your language. Maybe a good audio book on your ipod would help. Careful with overloading on meds- the last thing you need is car sickness.
Lots of Luck
