I hope it works out for you!  Only thing I was wondering - isn't that A LOT to keep up with?

I read your list again and it doesn't seem so long this time.  I realized about 1/2 of it are supplements you are taking.

What does your pdoc think?  How are you feeling about it?  I was really exctied and empowered at first, but I've lost confidence in myself and am finding myself more nervous about each little step down.  So far, things are OK.  My anxiety about each feeling possibly being the start of a mood swing is worse than the mood.  lolol  I don't think I am experiencing anything unusal or different (yet).

Please check in often and let us know your progress and how your mood is affected!  I'll be watching - maybe you'll have something to teach me about self-care.  :)

I love your attitude - I hope you can maintain it.  Let me know what your pdoc thinks.  I am looking for a new one and 2 things that are holding me back are getting my pdoc/tp records (1/2 are already on the way) and my fear over what a pdoc would think when I announce a totally ridiculous (his point of view) plan.  I WILL suck it up. lol

Can you handle quitting nicotine at the same time as the meds?  Can you quit the nicotine first so you have the meds to help carry you through that challenge, and then continue with your medication withdrawal schedule.

I would hate for nicotine withdrawal to ruin your hard work!

You know thats what i did at the beginning of this year, i cut my meds in half on one and elimated the other completely. I am much happier now that i did. I have to work a bit harder to keep on top of this beastie but honestly it is a good trade off over being just numb and uninterested in life.

Keep slogging away and dont be discouraged if you have a set back. Something like this takes time and effort to do correctly.
