I will never forget the night I walked out of the last call center I will ever work in. I had been attendng a support group at the hospital for my bipolar and the group helped me realize that I needed to leave in order to save myself from living a daily nightmare with high level toxic stress.
I took a huge risk, went back to school with government funding due to my illness and now I am at the hospital. This job has its days as well, but I am so thankful I took that risk.
So, huge congratulations to you It takes a lot of courage and strength to not only realize your situation but to make the necessary change in your life! I wish you all the best in choosing your next step
