Just watching "Anxiety & Depression" DVD by Karen Hurd.  Wow.  If you have $20 to spare, definitely worth it to understand the physical part of depression and anxiety.

Bill - I was thinking about you.  She mentioned in the lecture/seminar that a client called her during a 2 week long mania because she hadn't slept.  Karen recommended a diet change that reversed it in 2 days.  Since you deal with mania 3 - 4 times a year, it seemed like valuable information for you!

I can't wait for my appointment tomorrow.  If nothing else, I will be able to explain the whole thing to my SO who has a strong background in the medical field.

He just thinks "calories in, calories out" and doesn't understand what it is like as bp with eating disorder, binge eating, sugar addiction, etc.  He thinks I am silly.  I might drag him to an appointment!!
