I'm a binge smoker...I'll quit fror 3-4 months and then
start back with a bang and smoke another 6 weeks or so
then I quit again.

I quit today! Yay! Maybe this time it will stick.

I have asthma so it's really bad for me.

When started back this last time I smoked more than ever.
I was really getting hooked.

I hate the way my hair smells with smoke in it not to mention
my clothes and car

Wish me luck and send a prayer...I'll need it Thanks

Yay, good job.  Every day not smoking is one gift to your body that you get to keep forever. Plus you are right the smell is comletely nasty.

Good for you and keep it up. Even if it takes 10 more tries, if you eventually quit then you are better off.
