My husband and I started a website called http://www.moodtracker.com I have bipolar disorder and have been using the site to track my moods. I am finding it very useful to have graphs of my mood, sleep, and medication. There is an email or text messaging alert system in place that I use to remind me to enter my mood information. I hope you find this helpful.

Hi JanelleHale--

Awesome site. I just registered yesterday. I wish you the best.

Is it OK if I mention your site as a resource in the article that I am writing about mental illness in college students? I think it's an excellent idea whose time has come.

Hi.  On your website I filled out the reg. but never received the e-mail with the log on information.  How long does it normally take or should I try it again?

Thanx

Phyllis

Phyllis,

We had a problem with spam filters blocking our email. My husband has straightened it out. You should try to register again.
