I used to use a spreadsheet to track my mood, but it was too much work.

I found a free mood tracker online that I really like.  It allows time stamps on moods, so it even works for ultraradians like me.  And it will show you your average mood for last 7 days or last 30 days - very helpful for pdoc appts.

I'm surprised. Besides Friday, which was hellish, I thought I've been doing well lately. Mood tracker says no. Mood tracker says I'm having 4x more bad days than good and that I'm irritable, frustrated and have low motivation.

Really?

Umm... OK. Truth hurts! Now I'm really addicted to this tool. I think it will help me communicate with my pdoc and help me too. My fiance says I've been irritable lately, but I didn't really believe him. Whoops. Sorry. :( I guess I owe him an apology.

Some people have theirs set so people can see their mood charts.  A lot of the charts for bipolars are sporatic.  tongue
