Beautiful fall day wasted.  Felt great in am, planned to go for long walk in the park later on.  Depression started and grew worse.  I'm supposed to exercise every day (for a physical problem), but all I could do was mope around and eat too much.

Mood swing may have been a reaction to a very stressful situation yesterday that's just hitting me now.
but I still feel very useless and guilty when I'm like this.

I think I know the feeling. When it's a GORGEOUS day outside and I know I should be enjoying it or doing something outside. I feel trapped in my own mind and guilty for not being able to enjoy it.

Is that how you feel?

I hope it passes soon. Remember there will ALWAYS be another beautiful day. (((hugs)))

Yep there is allways tommrrow. However i do try to ride my bike when the desire to ride is at its highest. If i wait often times something comes up and i cant go. Depression is a cruel mistress, it makes you feel bad often no matter what you do.

But dont be to hard on yourself. Life is what it is, try to accept and realize that there will be another day tommrrow.
