Have been researching diet for mental illness, health, not getting too far. There are depression suggestions, namely Acid-Alkali Diet, which seem to be ads for self promoted books, and very difficult to live on, and they don't match up with each other. Heard anything about diet and bp?

Oh, and found an interesting link on the web, Mood Gym, a program to assess various things re: depression, then CBT therapy. I've startd, and they're right on about my characteristics, ha ha.
