She is supposed to be an expert on BP, and has it herself.
Has written a couple books that can be purchased used on Amazon, very reasonable, although after going to her website and reading all she has there, you probably have it.

She does have these new Health Cards, not that new but not available anywhere but the website. The are a little expensive. She claims they are a great self help tool, and good for family of BPs that are refusing help. Only comes with 2 other books in a system. Really only interested in the cards.

Anybody else try this?

I am reading her book "Loving someone with Bipolar disorder". I am trying to get my husband to read it. I will check out the website now.

Thanks, Anne. I appreciate your feedback.
Have been researching diet for mental illness, health, not getting too far. There are depression suggestions, namely Acid-Alkali Diet, which seem to be ads for self promoted books, and very difficult to live on, and they don't match up with each other. Heard anything about diet and bp?
Hope you have a good weekend and are feeling well. Any luck getting Hubby to read the other book you bought about family? Hope so
Oh, and found an interesting link on the web, Mood Gym, a program to assess various things re: depression, then CBT therapy. I've startd, and they're right on about my characteristics, ha ha.
