Do you take the daily multivitamin, and if so what brand. I started taking swisse a while ago only to find that it can send me into wirlwind. I am not sure if it is the mix of vitamins, the green tea or the time of day I was taking it, so now I only take it if I need a pick me up and it works a treat, but I would like to take one on a regular basis.
My new years resolution is to cut out tea and coffee and refined foods. I was off to a good start, but the flooding in QLD and working 13hr days has since nocked me off track (my adrenaline really started to kick in and took a week to come down). I was starting to feel a little better for doing it. So it is time to start again.
I will deffinately get the book ( I know where there is a boarders not to far from me). I am currently reading Healing Depression and BP without drugs by Gracelyn Guyol, and it has given me a lot of things to think about
