Ok, you all know my passion is cooking.  Even more than eating!   That's just the "icing on the cake", so to speak, hehe.
What are some of your favorite foods?  I have so many, it's hard to narrow down, but I love any type of Indian food, Thai, and Cajun, the hotter the better.   Also, Tex Mex, of course, huge in Texas, things like fajitas, quesadillas, flautas, any southwestern black bean/corn dishes. I also like Greek food and adore lobster!   Italian's ok, but not tomato based things like spaghetti, chicken cacciatori, lasagne, etc.
I have such a wide variety, I cook something different every night, hardly ever repeat things, unless we both love them and I'm too tired to be adventurous that particular night lol.

Hmmm Love Sushi...Homemade veggie soup with homemade sourdough bread. Yes, Shan, I bake my own bread. Quiche, with hot peppers is pretty high on my list. Love prime rib with horseradish, love the spicy stuff!! I don't think my spelling is good again today!! Adore Mexican food and Thai is way up on the list. Not a big Italian fan.

I'm impressed!  Baking bread is a pain in the a***!  Or do you use a breadmaker?
Oh, I totally forgot about Prime Rib roast with horseradish!  It's Paul and mine's (is that a word) Holiday tradition.  I hate turkey!

Variety is the spice of life, BP is the key

Yuck, prime rib. I can't even stand to look at it, it seriously looks like it's going to move off people's plates. Like it's alive or something. I LOVE anything relly that is spicy. I especially love dips ( Homemade spicy salsa dips). I am really a mexican food eater. I will try any food once. I also like crab legs and sea scallops. So seafood and mexican that's about sums it up. :-)
