Hey guys, well I am oficially 28 today. Yuck... Anyways, I went to my doctor's yesterday and he actually increased my wellbutrin. I was a little suprised, he said my topamax and wellbutrin should be helping with my anxiety. I said ok, looked stupid and he said they should and I said there not. I think I scared him. lol I said yeah I tried to come in the day I had a panic attack ( anxiety ), and you had already left. So here I sit today and you look at me and think I am fine, I am today I said. So anyways he said let's try it for two weeks and see what happens. I  said ok your the doc. So I have to get it refilled today but feel like crap. Anyways that's how things went there , actually suprised he offered no anxiety pill. I think he's worried to do that due to my topamax, that is just what I think. Although yesterday I was in no mood to ask questions , he kept me waiting. People were there for one thing and getting checked out for others. Ugh... make another appointment. He did apologize , but I was still irritated by this point and just wanted to leave ( plus I had  Jaylynn). So I will be taking 200mg of topamax and 300mg of wellbutrin. Geez... I am moving right up . I am gonna feel so high. Also sugar was checked it's at 71. I lost 4lbs., since the last month check-up. Yeah freakin salads...lol So I think tha'ts all we did. Anyone else been lately? If so did you get any meds increased?  Just curious due to the fall effect. Talk later Nickie

How did i not see this thread?  Too busy answering emails, lol.

I am a little concerned about the increase in welbutrin, as you are borderline hypo anyway, and that can actually ADD problems with hypo and anxiety!  It doesn't help with anxiety!

Also, there is NOTHING wrong with antianxiety agents with that combo!  Klonopin is the med of choice for BPs, becuase besides being a benzo, it's also an anticonvulsant, which is what mood stabilizers are.

I am telling you, you need a PDOC!!  You said you were going to, what happened?

I know how frustrating it is to wait, I used to HATE when people would come in for one thing and we called them "by the ways" beause they were lke "oh while I'm here, I've been having chest pains".  Oh, something small. mad   OK, do an ECG, get a chest Xray, set up a stress test or echo or echo/stress.  eyes That wastes a bunch of time.  Ugggghhhhh.  That doesn't happen in the pdoc office, they are pretty strict with their times.  You only come in for one thing!  Bonus!

Congrats on the weight loss! yeah   Bravo for you, girl!   I hope you're eating more than salads tho!!!!! confused

I already said happy birthday, old woman! tongue
