Sleep Problems

Any tips on non-medicinal sleep aids?  Maybe herbal or some trick someone has to get to sleep and maybe stay that way more than 20 or 30 minutes.  I'm having a real problem with this and can't get in to see anyone for 3 weeks.  Have an appt.for oct. 19.  I think I'm going to be tripping over the bags under my eyes by then.  Gp says no meds until I see an OB.  I might have slept 3 or 4 hours in the last 48.  Im starting to get a little grumpy.

I suppose putting chocolate in it would defeat the purpose with the caffine factor? Not much of a milk drinker but I'm willing to give just about anything a shot now. I really don't feel tired but I'm thinking this probably isn't the healthiest thing during pregnancy.

Right, a big glass of milk, it contains tryptophan and pick up some melatonin at the health food store.  Hope they work!
