A hypomanic episode is characterized by a distinct period of persistently elevated, expansive, or irritable mood, lasting throughout at least 4 days and present for most of the day nearly every day. This hypomanic mood is clearly different from the person’s usual mood. Some people states that during hypomania sensuality is pervasive, the desire to seduce and be seduced is irresistible.

You can try talking to her and letting her know that you care about
her and you are there for her. If she does not want to talk, maybe give her a little space but let her know you will be there when she is ready.
Please remember to take care of yourself.
We are here for you.
