Hi in the last 45 years
My mental health has been supported
35 years no booze drugs abc no nicotine
W regular doctors visits
Regular falling flat on my manic face
Regular soul searching
Mediation daily
Weekly meetings Satsangs
Listening to good people
Seeking good advice from regular people.
Not being ashamed
Or being ashamed of some bad behaviour
Making amends
Correcting bad habits.
More daily meditation
Court appearances after people complained abt aforementioned
Manic hypermania behaviour. ...not at all bad
No criminal convictions
Good cops,good lawyer good dad brothers wife medical people
Supportive groups online self study
Cognitive behavioural therapy
Insights letters to radio MOs newspapers
Online support groups
USA UK Aussie online
Facebook etc
