It's probably a panic attack. They can get very bad and even manifest physical symptoms. If you think you're going crazy then be sure you're not. Crazy people don't worry about things like that.
I do alot of anxiety and panic. Sometimes it helps to try and distract yourself with other activities. Reading or Tv works for some people but I've found physical distraction works best for me.
I clean like a demon when its at its worst or if I'm really freaking out I'll stand in a hot shower until the muscles in my neck and back start to relax. Sometimes leaving the house, talking on the phone etc can help too. Keep posting if its bad. I'm usually off and on until at least midnight.
