There have been a series of events that have me so depressed!!! The depression is not what it bothering me at the moment!!! I feel as thought I would like to rip someones throught out!!!!!!! I CAN NOT STAND THIS crap ANYMORE~!!!!!~ I have an anger problem! I got into a fight with my old man, and punched 4 holes in his dad's house!!! I am so pissed!!!! It wasn't even over anything real big. I have all the nuckels in my right hand broken right now! So I guess the question, is how do I channel this built up anger and rage into somthing I can do at all hours of the night? Please HELP!!!

Hon, you really need to be evaluated by your physician. You have had so much going on in your life lately, anger is natural, but you need to try to develop some method of control.
Sometimes when I'm feeling out of control it helps me to post here. Just having someone to "listen" is often helpful. To know I'm not alone. I don't have any magic solutions, but I've found healingwell to be a real lifesaver sometimes.
Wishing you a calm evening

I really hope that you can get the help you need to not feel so angry. I have been there....really...when I lived at home with my parents. When I was angry I would throw things, put holes in the wall...once I threw a candle out of the window breaking the glass. I ran away several times and often got in physical fights with both of my parents. Did you get the email I sent you? It was pretty long, but I hope it was of some help. It really may help you if you go see a doc and explain how you have been feeling. I hope that you can begin to feel better and that my email will help!
