Recently had to go off my Abilify due to intense anxiety and panic attacks.  It's been a week now, and the anxiety level has decreased significantly but now i'm pacing like a caged lion again.  I actually was doing that while on the med. right before I discontinued it.  I can't sit for more than a few minutes at a time and am sleeping between 3 and 5 hours a night again.
It's certainly better than panic attacks and I have a pdoc appt on tuesday.  Just starting to feel that loss of focus, spinning my wheels feeling.
I've been on so many meds.  I've tried almost everything and this is what happens with every one.  Panic attacks of unbelievable proportions.  It's why I spent so many years off medication entirely.  These panic attacks don't just get bad, they're unbearable.  I'm afraid to try anything else.  It's always okay at first, but once I start to build up a therepeudic (sp) level in my bloodstream, the P/A's start.
Has anyone else had this problem with medications?  Nothing seems to work for me.

Good judgement comes from experience and alot of that comes from bad judgement.

Oh Ellie I am so sorry your having so many panic attacks.  I was hoping the Abilify would work for you again, like you posted in the past it had.  Are you still taking your Klonopin?  Hopefully your doctor will have an idea of what to do..have you tried Lamisil?  I have heard good things regarding it....
