As our moods change from one extreme to another are we changing our minds to extremes too?  Saying one thing in low mood and the opposite in higher moods

The experts say.... Put off any lifechanging decisions while you are manic, great!

I can make decisions in any mood and want to change my mind the next day or the next week or month etc.
Sometimes it maybe bipolar or normal to dither or maybe its just me and I would struggle even if I wasn't bipolar. After my latest episodes I am dithering more than ever. I do what I think is right and then later I can want to do the opposite. My friends and family must be wondering what I will do or say next.
I think my decisions in low moods are just as bad as high mood

I am often very fickle in my decisions as well. My husband says that I constanlty contradict myself. I am not sure if being fickle has anything to do with being bipolar, but I often will say that I hate somebody one moment and be really upset and then turn around and say that I love them. It is crazy going through constant decison changes and feeling different each moment. My medicine has been helping me, and I haven't acted like that in a while, so it may be one of the symptoms. If it is because of being bipolar, then I am glad that my medicine is helping me. I hope that your medicine once you find the right dose can help you as well1
