I don’t know if this is the right thread.

For about the past year or so I had severe problems with my bipolar. I have also had severe paranoia. Its has gotten to the point that I cant distinguish reality from the paranoia. and the depression has gotten to the point that I have lots of medical bills from being in the mental hospital. I am at a loss on how to deal with it so I wanted to know if any others have the same problems and maybe get some advise on how to deal with it.

some other symptoms I have shown are changing moods, irritability, mania, and confusion ...

When I was hypo-manic on paxil, I had alot of paranoia. It is really creepy to actually look back and realize how paranoid I really was in my mind. I think paranoia can intertwine with Bipolar from what I remember in my readings about it. Are you on any medications ? How bad is your mania ? if you feel its pretty severe and hard to control it very well might be causing the paranoia and perhaps some sort of med combo could be arranged with your doctor (if you are already on meds that are not working you might wanna try something new).
im a professional... on an amateur level !

I am currently on medication. I am taking Depakote, Wellbutrin, and Seroquil. I continue to have manic episodes. Is there any mental, or physical ways without medication to help my manic episodes? Do you think it might have something to do with growing out of puberty, is it time to change the medication? I am now 19 years old.

i'm no professional, but it sounds like  you have medication problems.  what did they do for you (outside of charging hugh fees) at the hospital?  did any of the medication that they gave you help?

i wish you the best and will keep you in my thoughts.
