Hi all,

I know some people with Bipolar also suffer from Chronic Pain -- whether due to the Bipolar or to a concurrent injury or illness. So I wanted to draw to your attention something great that goes on in the Chronic Pain chat room.

Chutz (CP Mod) has set things up for people to meet on Tuesdays, 6pm (PDT, USA). Last night, she says, she lost count of the number of people there -- but at any one time they consistantly had 9-10 chatters. Everyone was participating, sharing ideas on how to deal with CP, and they had a great time.

Lots of peeps suffering from CP are getting so much from these chats, so if you're affected by this, why not join them.

If you've not found them already, the chat rooms can be accessed via the tag on the second navy blue bar down. You can of course pop in to chat with others at any time, but it's great that there's this dedicated time for CP discussions.

Wishing you all well,

Rosie x
