Hi, Newwie...I just could not stop thinking about you all day.  I hope you are alright, I am worried.  Please know people out there care and unconditionally love you.  Reach out, if you have not done so already.

Im so sorry that i have concerned you thats the problem with this illness i always feel guilty as i have made you spoil your day and intruded into your thoughts.

But to be honest no things are really hard and been really hard these last couple of days and havent been able to even think about comming o line as its such a effort at the min to even move.

I spent today walked to the beach and watched my daughter play in the sand for hours we were there i had to so fight the feelings to walk into the sea its so strong the urges but i couldnt do it there was not anyone around to take my daughter. Its so hard to fight at the min and as i say its hard to function normally at the min and think rationally.

Anyway thanks s much for thinking of me and hopefully this will pass i have h.v and councillor next week so maybe that will help if i could only open my mouth and what i thought came out maybe it will do one day ???

Newwie...I often feel if I colud have my dr or family read this be in my brain they could understand what Im saying or want to say.  The fact you are still here is great.  No need to apologize, though I can get the feeling of guilt part.  THank y0ou for replying, and much aloha from hawaii.
