Hello, there.  Just wanted to invite fellow patients to my non-profit blog. I'm bipolar and just spent a month in a mental hopsital after my fourth manic episode. I write about my experiences with bipolar, but there's also poetry and fiction there, as well. I had a counselor write to me and tell me that he has referred his bipolar type I and II patients to my blog. Maybe you'll find it helpful.
Thanks for reading.

Hi Dan,

Welcome to HW. -- I hope you will enjoy joining in with the posting here!

Hate to have to pick you up on the rules when this is your first post, but ... Though your blog looks really good to me, we do have a rule about posting links to personal webpages (as well as commercial sites, etc.) on this forum. You are very welcome to give the link to your site in you personal profile, which people can then view by clicking on your username, but moderators are asked to remove such info from posts. This falls under Forum Rule #4 ("No advertising or links to advertising or "Spam" is permited.").

It's very easy to add your info to your personal profile: just click on "Control Panel" (by "Log off"); then click "Edit Profile"; then add your page to the space profided for your "Personal Homepage".

You can always then mention your blog to people as you post -- and as you get to know people here better I'm sure many of them will be curious to check out what you've written.

Rosie x
