yesterday started feeling better today i feel great i am high but if istart geeting irratable and angry i will phone my doc if i could stay how i am now life would be great but normally very depressed for months on end and the odd high i am bipolar2 so why am i seem to be rapid cycling its awful any advice

I'm a rapid cycler. I can switch moods several times a day, or stay in one mood for a week and then switch again. I know it's frustrating. You never know who you are going to be from minute to minute, like a Jekyl and Hyde thing.

I don't know why you are rapid cycling, but maybe knowing that someone else can relate helps.
