and that's being nice. I have an extreme migraine and couldn't get warm until about 20 minutes ago and now I'm sweating. AAARRGGG!! I'm being weaned off of my Cymbalta and Geodon and my body doesn't like it at all. I just want to go back to sleep but can't because my arthritis is flaring! I'm just one big mess all the way around.

I dropped out of school for Spring semester so that I can get more stable with my bipolar. I'm very tired. I'm going to find a part time job to fill some of my time with and dig us out of this hole I put us in.

So, that's it in a handbasket. Just wish it was over. Thanks for letting me vent.
Take Care,

Awwww hun , I'm so sorry to hear you're going through all this at the moment sad
It takes it out of you doesn't it nono

What sort of job are you looking to go into? I found a little part time thing where I just make and pack little souvenirs which is great , it's not taxing my brain and I'm comfortable with the work load and the ppl I work with. I hope you find something that lifts you - but remember , your health comes first OK.

Oh dear, I am sorry. This is just a rough time. Promise me you'll be patient and kind to yourself. Changing meds is probably not helping the migraine situation. I get migraines myself, so I am sharing your pain. I tend to try to use my mind to blow off the migraines. I actually sit and carefully think about the migraine, how it feels, the temperature of it, the colors I get when I close my eyes. By thoughtfully describing it to myself I can stop the pain. It is a trick of Joan Borysenko, PhD who is a migraine suffer, author and psychotherapist. At first I thought she was out of her mind. Turns out, I can fix a lot of pain that way. I do this with my lupus joint pain too. It is treating these problems as though they were children. Give them the attention they want and need, then they find something else to do with themselves.

Feeling a bit better today and saw my counselor too. So my mood is a bit better also. Things are looking up again, hope they stay.
