subdued,

no, i'm on lithium and welbutrin, with klonipin to help me sleep, if needed.  i wanted to welcome you to hw and to this forum.  you can ask questions, rant and rave, cry, or share your experiences with others.

bp has been likened more to diabetes than with other mental illnesses.  it is caused by a chemical imballance in the brain, as diabetes is caused by a chemical imballance in insulin.  if you don't get your meds sorted out and take them all the time, the result will be like unto a diabetic who refuses to take their meds and refuses to ear appropriatlly.  instead of losing a limb, we ma lose our sanity.  be careful with how you treat yourself.

That light at the end of he tunnel?  It's an on-coming train.

Some day you'll learn that a good bm is better than sex.

Insanity is defined as doing the same actions over and over again and expecting a different outcome.
