I'm confused and I dont know what my problem is...
In July I lost my mom and I have grieved on my own time when no one is around...when anyone is around I pretend that everything is okay...but it isn't...I work at home and I'm finding that I dont want to get dressed much less get out of the chair to do anything...when someone comes in I'll pop up and pretend I'm busy...I dont want to pick up the phone and chat with anyone...I dont know if I feel sad, mad, upset or what...all I know is that i'm just not right...I dont care to go anywhere but I have too so I do...then I'll rush back home and sit in my chair watch tv and just look out my window...I dont smile and I should my family knows I have been different but I tell them I'm okay...that's always  my answer...I'm okay...!!!...I really dont think I am...I dont want to pretend ...I dont wanna spend my days just sitting around and doin nothing...I'm 40 and am able to do and have whatever I want ... but that just doens't matter to me...I just dont care...is there some sort of paper test on the net that you can take to see if you have any sides of this bipolar disorder...??...I seem to be gettin worse as in  not carin about myself ...my weight is going up...I haven't talked or been out with friends in months...if the phone rings I'll just look at it unless I HAVE to answer it...I just dont know what it is or how I'm suppose to get any help if I dont understand what's goin on...it just isn't fair to my husband and kids
lookin for answers
Thanks

I think your first port of call should be your doctor , from there they can refer you to someone qualified to diagnose you - like a mental health nurse who will go through your symptoms and ask you questions. They will be able to determine what happens next , whether that be therapies , counselling , medication etc.....

I know how you are feeling , don't let yourself suffer needlessly , go make that appointment.

Take care ,
