sleep problems

been on serquel since december sleeping great but too long  normally go to bed about midnight get up around 1pm yesterday for the first time stopped it for just one night because i had to get up early went to see my dogs grave so had to get up what a night got no sleep makes me realize how important serquel is for my sleep i dont take it for sleeping i take it as a mood stabilzer but its better than any sleeping tablet.

Hey there gaz , have you talked to your doc about it yet? As 13 hours of sleep is quite a chunk of the day gone. They might be able to reduce your dose without affecting the mood stabilizing properties. But as I said before , if you're not worried about it then just go with the flow yeah I'm glad you've been having some rest , it's gotta be good.
