it is so wierd how things can change when you have this disorder. i have gone from very confused and depressed toknowfeeling fairly well. in the last two days this is what i have done

1. shopped most of the day yesterday, went out to eat. and then i came homeand cleaned my bedroom. i only had about 4 hours of sleep the night before plus that night i had to call hubby to come home from work early because i couldn't stand to be alone. that was at 3 am by 8am i was fine and ready to go.

2. today i cleaned our church and then came home and cleaned my living room. it has just really been a very good day.

so anyway i have been on a royal down to a fairly good up.oh well just an update to let it all out.

good bye, now
