sounds like yuo need to do some relaxation exercises - the usual like taking long deep breaths, yoga or meditation, go for a long run (a lot of depressed people do this -it is supposed to really help), burning essential oils to calm down yuor mood - lavender, chamomile, ylangylang, sandalwood. A strong cup of cowslip tea works really wll on the nervous system too - a great calmer. im sure these won't cure all your problems, but they may just help on the way!
