really struggling

havnt posted for a little while been back in hospital suffered another  mixed episode things are a mess dischared myself went in volutrily sick of these meds. thinking about stopping them i know will make things worser dont know whats happening normally suffer from long depressive episodes but highs mixed episodes complete mess up untill end of last year havnt been in hospital for years now 3 times in 6 months family getting on my back my behaviour is unacceptable what should i do this illness is starting to win

i'm really new to all this but i dont think that you should stop taking your meds. call your doc. or pdoc and get into see them as soon as posible is my advice. maybe talk out what your feeling here or with them and just try to get help. i dont really know. i myself feel like i'm losin my mind. up and down so fast i cant keep up. i go to my pdoc mon. but you should try to really stay on your meds or things are gonna get so much worse.
I am bipolar, have social anxiety, panic attacks w/agoraphobia , diabetes, asthma and high blood pressure. Life is short but i am not.
