I'm with Jade11 about the caffeine intake. When I was younger, I probably livedof caffeine. I used to have 2-3 energy drinks a day, plus sodas and coffees and anything else that kept me up (physically and emotionally). I used to get in a frenzy, and after a while my mood was affected too much the the pdoc told me to cut it out completely. It worked for about a year, and gave it to the temptation. At least now, I don't intake that much caffeinated beverages, I try to stay the bare minimum. My pdoc even said a cup or two of coffee is actually good for you. More than that, then other factors come into play.
