for the past few days i have been either in the depths of depression or okay. it broke when i was in therp.'s office and sank back to the depths. we got in touch with my pdoc and i saw him last night. as it has been, was fine waiting to see him. wanted to leave, but friend refused to take me. when in his office, i broke down yet again. all coming out of nowhere. have been treated for depression, and was stunned when he diagnosed rapid cycling bipolar. haven't been so depressed in years. is it possible that stress of finding a job threw me over? all new to me. looked up rapid cycling and found some info that leads me to believe that i have type 2. he put me on seroquel and lamictal to even me out. also have temporal lobe epilepsy and a variety of other ailments and now 2 more pills to take.

Honey i know about the pills, and yours may even get to be more (hate to say this). I am rapid cycle bipolar one with panic and i have to now take about 16 total pills a day, I get so sick of pills, I think I am overmedicated because I sleep all of the time because I am on so much anti anxiety meds. But be hopeful, I was almost taking that many when i went into remission for almost two years, If the meds are alot in quantity, dont give up, just wait and see if the combinations work. I think you have to have a good bit of meds with rapid cycling bit am not sure so dont take my word for it. I hope your conditions well get better or alot less bothersome in the near future.
