can someone in a severe high{manic}be helped?
bi-polar,lupus,depression,fibromialgia,migraines,

I believe they can be helped, but it requires them to get medical attention.  Either they get help from a psychiatrist or go to the hospital.  Also, so people get better with time, the mania gets better or goes away on its on, but there is no way to determine how long it will last.  Best wishes on your wife.
