I have a Q about my bp friend who is staying with me.  She is seeing her pdoc tomorrow.

Is sleeping 12-18 hours everyday or every other day normal or is this a symptom/side effect that needs to be addressed?

thanks guys,
nev

Hi Nev,
Is she on meds? I started a new med about 2 weeks ago and was fine but the last 3 days have been VERY tired

Yeah.... I'd say not normal too. Could also be a symptom of depression too, though. Unless its a problem though, I might let it slide. Her doc will almost certainly ask about how she's sleeping.

nev,

The only time I slept so long was either due to my meds (especially antipsychotics), or because I was deeply depressed.
