 Hi there!!!
I was just wondering last week I had a terrible nightmare of not to speak of things.  Like horror movie stuff.  I don't watch scary movies anymore because I just get too scared.  It's been a long time.  Anyways I've always had dreams that feel sooo real.  They are normally year to years apart.
With this one paticular one I woke up shaking and my body was burning up my mom said.  I went to her because I was scared that people were in the house.  At one moment I thought she was with them on the intent of hurting me and was prepared to defend myself if she tried to attack me.  I hated that thought.  Another one was of a black dog attacking me.  I woke up locked myself in my room for hours thinking the dog was in my house >.< I really don't like realistic dreams. A funny one was when I was a child I dreamnt the whole day of school and when I woke up I was ready for bed and felt tired...my brother came in my room and he told me to get ready for school I pouted saying I already went >.< man was my brain exhausted that day.

My question was do you guys have nightmares or realistic dreams also how do you deal with them?

Hi Hopetoless:

Welcome to the board. I hope you like it here.

I've always had terrible dreams. I always know I'm having a mood "flare up" if you will, when my dreams start turning very bad.

I'm sorry you had bad dreams though. They are exhausting, and they stay with you all day. I'm glad you found us instead.

It is a melancholy of mine own, compounded of many simples, extracted from many objects, and indeed the sundry contemplation of my travels, in which my often rumination wraps me in a most humorous sadness. -- William Shakespeare

Thank you Serafena for the welcome ^ . ^

My mom was always wondering about my dreams being so real. I just thought it was normal hehe.
My mood wasn't normal for sure this week >.< I'm just thankful it's not more frequent these dreams pop up or I would really be in a pinch.
