Has anyone experienced this? Christopher is 13 and has a very palpable lump in his breast, outer quadrant near the top. It is at least pea sized, and he said it's grown slightly since he first felt it "a couple of months" ago. I know there is breast cancer among men, although it's somewhat rare compared to women, but in a boy?

Anyone? I'll be taking him to the pediatrician, but I'm sure he's had 0 experience with this.

Thanks in advance!

Lauré

Not to scare you, but get a biopsy. Do not take no it is just a cyst or a node for an answer, more then likely it is just a cyst, but make sure!

Get a biopsy!

Good heavens Laure. You don't need this to worry about. I am sure the pediatrician will know someone to see him and won't pass it off as nothing with your history. Please come back as soon as you know something. We will keep you both in our prayers and thoughts. Hugs MK
