We're recording it, but it may be on more than once. TV movie with Harry Connick Jr, about the man who's research lead to the development of Herceptin.

Yea!

My friend is getting ready to start Taxol/ Herceptin on Tuesday, they will give her weekly infusions for 12 weeks and then of course she gets Herceptin for the next 9 months after that.

SHe also found Why I Wore Lipstick to My Mastectomy on today too, which I thought was a really great story. The pink products in the stores multiplies exponentially each year, I just can't believe how much attention is out there. It's all good.

Enjoy your October ladies.

I see my onc on Tuesday, time for the annual groping and smashing. It's all good. Anniversary #9 is on its way in 6 weeks.

Good luck on Tuesday.  My 9th anniversary is 8 weeks away.  Wow.

I am glad that you can tell me that all the pink is good this time of year as I am getting "pinked" out.  I walked into Krogers the other day and that is all I saw.  I started crying.  Cripe what a baby I am becoming.  I keep thinking of all the girls we have lost from our group and the new ones that "get to" join.  Anyways I did find a good Melot from the sea of pink that day.

Nine years!! Way to go, Lori. Seems like only yesterday we were getting acquainted in St. Louis. Good luck with the grope-and-smash. I am sure you will come out of it just fine. Hugs, Lauri
