I'm reaching here but I thought you ladies might have some guidance for me.  I've noticed over the last 3-4 weeks that both breast have a thick, green sticky discharge.  When I do a breast exam I always check to see if there is a discharge.  This time when I checked there was.  I can express this gross looking stuff all the time.  Anyone know what might cause this?  I haven't felt any lumps but I have fibrocystic disease so it is hard for me to check.
I do have an appointment on Nov. 11 with my ob/gyn but am worried none-the-less!

You've done the right thing in making an appointment with your doctor. Anything like this needs to be checked. Best advice I can offer is don't worry until you KNOW you have something to worry about. Please come back and let us know what the doctor says.  And, if you are not comfortable with what you learn, seek a second opinion. This is your body and you need to be in charge. Hugs, Lauri

When I was younger I always had a discharge as you describe except I would say yellowish in color. I only noticed it in one breast and oddly enough it was not the breast that was found to have cancer. I think it is normal, but still you need to talk to the doctor about it. Let us know what you learn. Hugs MK
